- Prefab House Division with great development put "New Kasuga" and "New Asuka" on sale.

- "Daiwa Unit (apartment/shop)" was put on sale.
1973
- Leading era trend, set foot in the area resort business really.
Shikabe Resort (Hokkaido) started to be constructed,and then so did Sukagawa Country Club (Fukushima) . - Established Nara Central Test Institute, which owned environment lab where all-weather test could be carried out from the early days of opening.

- 7 factories separately in Nara, Mie, Ryugasaki, Sapporo, Shikoku,Fukushima and Kagoshima all obtained the cognizance of Good Quality Management Factory from Ministry of Economy for Trade and Industry.
- Daiwa House C series acquired the cognizance of performance for industrial building from Ministry of Construction.
1975
- As a memorial for 20 anniversaries,"Sweet Home 20" building which was improved greatly both in design and quality was put on sale.

- "Okayama New City" in largest scale among private businesses at that time was put on sale.
- Lodged idea to utilize land which left unused, really developed distribution shop business.

- "Daiwa House Solar DH-1" a house saving on energy was put on sale.
Set foot in condominium area. - "Green Cooperative House Senjyu" condominium in large scale (Adachi Ward, Tokyo) was put on sale.

- In order to develop vigorously location,"Noto Royal Hotel"(No.1 Daiwa Royal Hotels), a veriest resort hotel opened.[→details]
- "Daiwa House LOC System" namely land development system commenced its business really.

- Real estate information center was set up at every office.
Developed the distribution market of used houses.
