2000
- "Daiwa Come 21" a group home for oafish oldsters,was put on sale.
- Started "New Energy Project" , No.1 Power Generated by Wind Power commenced at Okinawa Zanpa Cape Royal Hotel.
- Aimed at rich stock market, extension and reconstruction business department was established.
Reform business was developing really. - With the purpose to coexist with environment,house commodity named "Kankyo- Kobo " and co-house commodity named "Sejour RG Kankyo-Shubo" were put on sale.
- "Environment Report 2000" which collected Daiwa House Industry's jobs in environment was issued.
2001
- Merged with Daiwa Housing Development on 1st April.
- Anti-earthquake house when prefab industry started was commercialized,"Statement with C Anti-earthquake Type" was put on sale.
2002
- Merged golf course management subsidiaries Arrow Ace Co.,Ltd.,Koga Ace Co.,Ltd.,Turtle Ace Co.,Ltd.,and Mets Ace Co.,Ltd.
2004
- Home center business spun off
2005
- Commenced sales of Intelligence Toilet, a health-check system for home-use developed jointly with TOTO.
- Introduced a new corporate vision, logo and employee charter to commemorate the Company's 50th anniversary.
- NAS(Nippon Athletic Service) Co., Ltd. becomes a consolidated subsidiary.
- Tied up with The Sumitomo Warehouse Co., Ltd.
- Drawn up the first mediumterm management plan "Challenge 2005".
- Launched "Centenarian", a housing product commemorating the 50th anniversary.
2006
- Group management integration between Daiwa House and Daiwa kosho Lease, Daiwa Rakuda Industry and Daiwa Logistics.
- Achieved zero emissions at new construction sites in Single-Family Houses and Rental Housing.
- Established Daiwa House REIT Management Co., Ltd.Established Daiwa House REIT Management Co., Ltd.
- "xevo" new brand of Single-Family Houses joins Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd product line. This model employs the first new method in 25 years.
- Established Daiwa House Insurance Co., Ltd.
- Established Daiwa House Financial Co., Ltd.

2007
- Spun off resort hotel business from Daiwa house Industry.
- Established Daiwa Royal Golf Co., Ltd.
- Established the Nobuo Ishibashi Memorial Museum.(Daiwa House Central Research Laboratory in Nara)
- Eneserve became wholly owned subsidiary.
2008
- Formed capital alliance with Odakyu Construction (current Daiwa Odakyu Construction)

2009
- Environment and Energy Business Division established.
- Grace Lumino white-light LED lighting system launched.
- Cosmos Life became consolidated subsidiary.(with registered trade name changed to Daiwa LifeNext in April 2010)
