Indoor/outdoor temperature difference deterioration test device

We'd like to introduce our equipment for pursuing building performance.

Indoor/outdoor temperature difference deterioration test device

  • Controllable temperature: Room A: 30・C to +80・C, Room B: 0・C to +80・C
  • Controllable humidity: Both Room A and Room B: 30% to 98% (relative humidity)
  • Other: Infrared lamp heat radiation function, sprinkler function

In cold regions, freeze and melting repeats inside of the building exterior wall, and the wall is deteriorated by influence of repeated dew condensation and dry. This experimental laboratory is aimed at testing durability performance of the material against these phenomena. The laboratory consists of 2 rooms; Room A and Room B. A wall test piece is installed between these 2 rooms and different humidity and temperature conditions are applied to each side of the test piece.
