This experimental laboratory is aimed at evaluating freeze and meltdown performance of each exterior wall and roof material with accelerating the phenomena. Water penetrated into the exterior wall and roof material of the building sometimes freezes in nature especially in cold regions. When water inside of the building freezes, cubical expansion of the water generates the force to destroy the building material. When freezing resistance of the material is low, the material gradually deteriorates by repeated freeze and melt, which causes strength degradation and material breakdown.
