Seismic isolated experience booth

Try our seismic isolator which includes narrated video images from three video screens to learn about Daiwa House's totally supported preparedness for disasters such as earthquakes.

Noise barrier performance realization booth

Daiwa House has devised various ways to create houses with comfortable sound environments. In this booth you will experience the effects of a soundproof room as well as the differences in sound insulated floors which vary depending on specifications.

The insulation efficiency experience booth

Human-friendly and eco-friendly thermal insulation technology primarily aims to create warm and cool "environments". Feel the effects of our "Exterior Thermal Ventilation Wall" and understand importance of thermal insulation technology.

Industry-academic-government activity for a start-up business

The laboratory promotes research on fundamental technology to challenge the boundaries of new enterprises, and also conducts research & development in cooperation with universities and other agencies. This exhibit gives our activities through panels and videos.
