Techno Lab A

Techno Lab A is the biggest building in Daiwa House Industry Central Research Laboratory. This is where we examine basic dwelling performance, such as environmental tests for comfort, material tests for durability, and structural tests for safety, and economical and ecological efficiency.

Material testing
Durability of housing materials used for interior and exterior are tested under various conditions.
Environmental testing
Studies are conducted under various natural conditions to check for comfort.
Structural testing
Strength and stiffness of stricture is examined to assure safety, for example earthquake resistance.
