Experimental Houses

Pilothouses which demonstrate our research theme and the Seminar House which promotes interaction between internal staff and external visitors, are both located on our site.

Seminar House
This provides facilities for interaction between internal staff and external visitors. It includes meeting rooms, accommodation and tea rooms.

  • A variety of exhibits and images dealing with "Symbiosis of human-beings and nature" that Daiwa House is aiming for are displayed.

  • Techno Lab A
  • Experiment and research on structure, environment and materials used in housing are conducted here.

  • Techno Lab B
  • Experiment and research on fire-safety, waterproofing, soil property, ceramics and woodwork techniques are conducted here.
