The aim of Daiwa House Industry Central Research Laboratory is to develop our user-friendly and eco-friendly technology to create a bright and prosperous future for both nature and people.

We are a research institute opened to visitors and happy to communicate with them. We conduct a variety of studies to improve the quality of buildings and lifestyle.

We have been working with and advising a wide range of people, from private clients to business communities, government bodies, academia and research institutes in order to create and share new values for a better future.
