Development Background and Purpose

In urban area, techniques for narrow frontage and techniques to expand interspatial freedom in the limited space are required.
Along with adopting quasi rigid frame structure that couldn't be achieved by conventional wooden framework residence, the technique to enable wider opening has been demanded.

Because the frontage of the residence is narrow in urban area, shaking of earthquake is concerned. However, to set up a garage, a wide opening is required.
