Steel Pipe Pile System D-TEC PILE
There are special occasions of building construction on pliable ground in addition to building on even and concrete ground. D-TEC PILE is a foundation safeguard technology to protect livelihoods standing on such a vulnerable ground. With the integration of pile tips and cast steel, we achieved consistency in quality performance. This technique has been sifted through various performance tests and experiments including Assessment of Technology for Building Construction, conducted and approved by the General Building Research Corporation of Japan. Moreover, eco-mark certificate was awarded for the steel pipe, which emits significantly reduced amount of dust compared to the previous models.
