As the number of houses has exceeded the number of houseesholds, the quality of houses rather than their volume becomes more of a concern these days, and the houses are regarded as permanent, not as temporary investment.
We have been actively working so that the buildings retain the value as a part of investment for the future by developing operating, production and supply methods for building houses with high-performance and high-durability, and also by research on renovation, conversion and transformable systems for better maintenance and recycling.
