Business Introduction

Daiwa House Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was established in May 2015, and leases, manages and operates rental factories in the Long Duc Industrial Park. There are also Japanese staff members stationed at the branch office, and a support system is in place.

To develop the infrastructure of the growing Vietnamese economy, a logistics center will be built at the Loc An Binh Son Industrial Park in Dong Nai Province near Ho Chi Minh City. Operation is scheduled to begin in July 2019, and Japanese-quality facilities will be provided. It has good access to an interchange, port and the Long Thanh International Airport scheduled to open in 2025.

DEEP C Industrial Park, which is being developed in Hai Phong City and Quang Ninh Province in northern Vietnam, is adjacent to Lach Huyen International Gateway Port, which can handle large ships, and has a total development area of about 3,400 ha, attracting companies from around the world.
With the Hai Phong - Ha Long Expressway opening in September 2018, it will become a base covering the land, sea and air, only 7 km to Cat Bi International Airport. We have a business tie-up with this industrial park to support the expansion of companies.

In Hanoi, where our headquarters is located, we are engaged in business centered on BPOs related to the construction field. Our parent company Daiwa House Industry, which has more than 200 Japanese-proficient employees, is responsible for the production design and estimation of prefabricated and multi-family houses, as well as creating data related to designing, making estimate and the building information modeling (BIM) of general buildings.
