Daiwahouse Group's * 2nd Medium-Term Management Plan
In line with the Daiwa House Group's management vision - summed up in our motto "Connecting Hearts" - we are aiming to be a Group that co-creates value for individuals, communities, and people's lifestyles through provision of products and support services across a wide range of fields including housing, business, and general lifestyle.
In the Group's 1st medium-term management plan (FY2005-FY2007), we focused our efforts on fostering closer cooperation within the Group, and on firming up our management base. Thanks to these initiatives, we succeeded in posting record-high figures in both sales and operating income.
As a continuously evolving new multi-business enterprise, we have drawn up Challenge 2010, the medium-term management plan, covering the period from FY2008 to FY2010, in which our main themes are improving our profit structure and nurturing future earnings drivers. You are invited to view our video for further details.
